Q:
What are your office hours?
A: Our
business office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.
until 5:00 p.m. We do offer some appointments outside of these
office hours.
Q: Do
we accept Medicare Assignment?
A: Yes,
we do.
Q:
Where do I call if I have questions after office hours?
A: If
your question is urgent, call our regular office number
(309-637-4266). You will reach the answering service which will
contact the physician on call. If the reason is not urgent,
please call during regular office hours.
Q:
How do I refill my medication?
A:
Please check your medications regularly. When you need a refill
on a prescription, please contact your pharmacy and have them
fax the refill request to 309-637-9836. Please note that in
certain circumstances, an appointment may be required prior to
refilling your prescription.
Q:
How do I cancel an appointment?
A:
Please call our office as soon as possible to report your
cancellation and to reschedule your appointment. You may be
charged for canceling an appointment.
Q: Do
you accept my insurance?
A: Yes,
we accept and as a courtesy will bill your insurance. Although
we participate as a provider in many managed care plans, please
contact your managed care company for verification of our
participation in your particular plan. You are welcome to
contact our office at 309-637-4266 to inquire. Payment of any
deductible or copay amount is expected at the time of service.
Q:
What if I have no insurance?
A: If
you do not have health care insurance, payment is expected at
the time of service.
